Refund policy

We want you to love your Afiya Scrubs! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

To start a return: Contact us at Hello@afiyascrubs.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items
• Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
